Pre-release. 54% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 11% Pinot Meunier. Base 2011. Acidity 8.5 g/l, pH 3, residual sugar 10g/l. bottled on 25 June 2012. Riddling date 5 November 2015. Disgorged on 8 February 2016. Likely to be released late 2016. Zesty and obviously deeper flavoured than the vintage-dated Classic Cuvees. Really long and complex. Winery Tasting Note

Lovely pale gold and gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after more than three years on lees in our cellar. The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. Very fine and elegant with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.Typically around 50-60% Chardonnay, 30-40% Pinot Noir and 10-20% Pinot Meunier.
