Drink 0-0, David Schildknecht, Vinous
Esterous, pungent, high‑toned nose of peach liqueur, yellow raisin, candied lemon, peppermint and horseradish. The palate impression, though, is deft, elegant and not in the least fiery. Enormous sugar and acidity at a stand-off. Like the Scharzhofberger #21, this is overall a very gentle wine.
