Tasting notes
Drink 0-0, David Schildknecht, Vinous, Jan 2005

Ripe melon, quince and floral, herbal distillates in the nose. Sweet gardenia-like florality accompanies the quince and melon onto the palate, which is at once full and penetrating, with bright citrus and high-toned aromatics. White peach, quince, honey, flowers and a hint of brown spices linger ravishingly. This represents a notable advance in clarity, transparency and persistence over the other Spatlesen here today. 2 stars.
