Neal Martin

This is a perplexing showing of Jean-Marc Roulot’s 2008 Meursault Le Porusot. It certainly has a mature bouquet considering the vintage, with honeycomb and pungent waxy aromas, all vestige of fruit gone. Premox? The palate is full in the mouth with buttery fruit and glycerine-rich finish. Shared between three Roulot-lovers, suffice to say we only finished about half the bottle. Tasted December 2013.
