(from a half-dozen different parcels): Good bright, deep red. Musky, ripe, slightly reduced aromas of cherry and black raspberry. Sweet plummy fruit complicated by saline and licorice nuances. Thoroughly ripe and pliant village wine with harmonious acidity and a long, lightly saline finish. This will be very agreeable early.
A real rarity at this domaine: a simple village wine! And one of its successes, I'd say. Really lively nose. Racy and appealing with lovely freshness. This comes from a range of different parcels apparently. (JR)
