50 g/l of residual sugar could be misinterpreted as a concession to the demand for easy-drinking pleasantries, but this misconception is swiftly corrected by a pronounced mineral element that leaves an almost dusty coating on the palate. Some cool fruit flavours compensate for the initial impression of austerity and give this Kabinett an extra dimension. (MS)
