RS 0.9 g/l, TA 4.57 g/l, pH 3.18. All Sauvignon Blanc. Lots of clay with limestone. 20% in big 50 hl oak, 80% in stainless steel. Lees aged. 100,000 bottles sold mainly to Japan, Switzerland, little bit in the UK via the Wine Society. Quite pale. Tastes bone dry (Denis Dubourdieu: 'there is no residual sugar in this wine at all') and a little astringent on the finish. Green fruit and tangy. Very competently made. (JR)

With Sauvignon Blanc prominently on the label. Denis Dubourdieu's wine. Fresh, intense grapefruit and grapefruit pith aroma plus a mineral note. Dry, intense and more mineral on the palate. Very persistent. (JH)
