Score 17.5/20 · Drink 1980-2020, Jancis Robinson MW, Sep 2011

Limpid red. Very fluid and sweet but without quite the complexity of the Pavie. Lightly minty, Just a bit rude and animal – but lively and without decay. Long. Nuanced. Limpid tasting. Perhaps a little tarter and slightly more rustic than the Pavie but almost as good. (JR)
