Very light nose. Cool and young. Sleek, fine, and taut as a spring. Quite creamy. Elderflowers. Restrained. (JR)

Fresh apple and marzipan aromas. In the mouth, baked apple and vanilla custard are accented by fresh citrus. Both richer and denser, as well as brighter in acids, more sharply defined in its minerality and spicier than the Graacher. There are also a long gold capsule Auslese and a Beereenauslese, but Prüm thought these too young to show.
