Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan. Deep ruby with a bricky rim. Decanted. Beautifully scented with the Cinsault (an orange character) and not dominated by the Cab. Silky. elegant and long. Perfumed but not floral. Silky, fresh and perfectly clean. Transparent. Fine, dry texture but so elegant. Utterly delicious and juicy and totally de nos jours. (JH)

Very light in colour with maturity on the rim: salmon ruby. Surprisingly intense and concentrated nose with strong ash and autumnal smells; great acidity, damp leaves and old bonfires. On the palate, very sweet fruit and a long finish that goes through several evolutions (one developing old pomegranate flavours) in the longest aftertaste of any Musar. Full mouthfeel defies the lightness of the wine. Almost chewy in texture. Intense volatile acidity.
