FINE+RARE, May 2016
Development on the nose shows bruised apple, honeyed orchard fruit, mushroom and earth. The palate is textural and mouth-filling with ripe stone fruit, butterscotch, honey-lemon and a long line of salinity. Drinking beautifully now – what a treat.
About the producer

Domaine Potinet-Ampeau
Based in Monthélie, Domaine Potinet-Ampeau is one of few producers that do not sell their wines en primeur. Instead, like Domaine Leroy, they release wines only when deemed ready to drink.
