Tasting notes
Score 89/100 · Drink 2025-2032, Neal Martin

The 1995 Raymond-Lafon has a simple bouquet with light wax resin, chlorine and marmalade notes, though it doesn't have the freshness and vitality of recent vintages. The palate is balanced with a fresh entry and notes of mandarin and tangerine. It's a little drier than expected with a linear, rather Tokaji-like finish. Not bad considering that this is almost 30 years old.
