Tasting notes
Just a hint of reduction but great tension and good attack. Grainy texture and rather exuberant and keen to please. Real vivacity. (JR)

Medium red. Red cherry and menthol aromas are lifted by spices and flowers. Juicy and intensely flavored, with bright acidity for this grand cru. Lively and firmly built, and even longer than the Boudots. All of the 2011s I tasted chez Meo-Camuzet in November were domain bottlings.
Oak a little dominant on the nose. Jagged but sweet. A tiny bit of a caricature. (JR)
Good bright medium red. Perfumed aromas of ripe black cherry and minerals show a slightly liqueur-like quality. Sweet, round and fleshy, but with a medicinal quality to its cooler cherry and licorice flavors. Still some oak to absorb. This will need more elevage and time in bottle to reveal its inherent complexity.
