There was only a single day of Eiswein picking at the Karthäuserhof this year. Red berries, black tea, brine and candied lemon in the nose. The palate is envelopingly rich and offers a panoply of flavors: red fruits, high-toned citrus, rich mocha-coffee low notes, slate. Superbly integrated high acids. Harmonious, fine and densely layered.
