Absolutely extraordinary! It's hard to describe the kaleidoscope of aromas and flavours that spin in every drop, shifting from gold to green, from sweet to savoury, from fragrant to stony. Marmalade. Hops. Indian lime pickle. Lemongrass. Sweet pea. Edamame. Salty. Rain on green things. Melted ghee. Verbena. Moroccan mint tea. It breaks the rules – sweet but not sweet. I've never tasted Gewurz or VT quite like this. It's just extraordinary. Out of this world. Mesmerising. I could spend hours with just one small glass of this. (TC)
