Champagne de Saint-Gall

Champagne de Saint-Gall is made and owned by Union Champagne, a union of 15 co-operatives created in 1966. Today, Union Champagne consists of 2,300 growers who farm over 1,400 hectares across the region, 90% of which is Premier and Grand Cru – more than any other wine producer.
