The solera for each of these wines was created in 1955, with the wine averaging between 40 and 50 years in age.

1955 Pérez Barquero Solera Cincuentenario Collection

Intense and approachable, this Amontillado shines with vibrant, fresh notes from its time under flor. Aromas of sourdough starter, candied peel, and caramel meld with sultanas, leading to a sleek, savoury palate. A finish that’s salty, umami-laden, and memorable.

Elegant and mineral-driven,this Palo Cortado blends soft yeasty notes with richer oxidative tones. Its earthy, rocky texture and saltiness make it unique and captivating. Light-bodied yet intense, this wine is dry,with a praline-edged finish. Drawn in 2024,22% ABV,with less than 5g/l residual sugar.

1955 Palo Cortado Solera Cincuentenario 

Powerful and complex, this Oloroso combines furniture polish, walnuts, raisins, and bonfire smoke on the nose. A deep, phenolic grip adds texture, enhanced by its long aging. Salty, smoky, and nutty, it finishes long, dry, and balanced. Drawn in 2018, 21.5% ABV, with around 6g/l residual sugar.

Local delivery is free for orders over HK$1,800 (to a single location). For orders below this value, delivery is HK$150 for up to four cases and HK$50 per case thereafter.

Shipping starts from €25 within Italy and €45 to Switzerland and the rest of Europe for up to 48 bottles (75cl). Costs vary by destination. Larger shipments can be quoted on request.
