The Last Drop Distillers - perhaps the world's most exclusive luxury spirits company - have launched the highly-collectable and limited-edition Miniatures Collection. This beautifully packaged, leather-boxed collection contains a 5cl bottle of The Last Drop 50 Year Old Blended Whisky, a 5cl bottle of The Last Drop 50 Year Old Double Matured Blended Whisky and a custom-made pewter quaich – a traditional Scottish drinking vessel and symbol of trust and friendship, making it an excellent gift.
Both whiskies featured in the Miniatures Collection received 96.5 points or more from Jim Murray – marking them out as “superstar whiskies that give us all a reason to live” – and were released at around £2,500 per 70cl bottle each. This unique offer, of the pair in 5cl miniature formats, therefore represents a very affordable opportunity to sample these rare 50 year old whiskies, or alternatively to share them with somebody special.
FINE+RARE has secured the largest allocation of these rare whiskies, which will be available at the end of September 2016.
