James studied Law at Downing College, Cambridge before catching the wine bug on Majestic’s graduate scheme. He joined F+R in 2014 and quickly became an integral part of the business, making great strides to improve processes across a number of departments. He is now responsible for leading our Customer Services department, streamlining customer journey from order to delivery. James and his teams are working hard to attain an excellent level of customer service in everything we do.
