Join us for a very special dinner at Noble Rot in London, dedicated to the wines of Hubert Lamy , one of Burgundy’s most fascinating and precise producers. This exceptional selection has been carefully assembled to explore the different expressions of Saint-Aubin, from the vibrant 2019 Les Frionnes and powerful 2020 En Remilly to the beautifully mature 2018 Derrière Chez Edouard, culminating in a rare 2014 En Remilly Magnum and the 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet La Goujonne Vieilles Vignes.

Rather than simply tasting great bottles, the evening will be an opportunity to follow Lamy’s remarkable vision of terroir and see how these wines evolve with age, vintage and format.
