Fine wines on offer at New Jersey Food & Wine Festival
Those heading to the second annual New Jersey Food & Wine Festival will be treated to some especially fine wines, including some fantastic Bordeaux.
The event runs from April 30th to May 2nd and during the Grand Tasting on May 1st, attendees will be treated to a host of wines, including those from Chateau d'Yquem, Chateau Cheval Blanc and Chateau de Sancerre.
A variety of champagnes will also be available to taste, along with wines from outside of France, including those from the Hess and Lail vineyards in California.
On the same day, winemaker Sebastiano Rossa of Sassicaia will be hosting a dinner highlighting a rare library of vintages from the well-known Italian producer, with a five-course menu designed by chef Nick Anderer of New York City's Maialino.
The event will be hosted at the Crystal Springs Resort, which is home to a wine cellar of more than 78,000 bottles.
