Cloudy Bay founder to host dinner in Devon
Lovers of Cloudy Bay will get a rare chance to meet the New Zealand wine brand's founder later this month, as David Hohnen makes his way to host a four-course dinner at the Three Crowns Hotel in Devon.
St Austell Brewery, the sole distributor of Mr Hohnen's wines in the region, has scheduled the event for April 26th and has carefully chosen a menu to accompany the wines, which will consist of three reds and two whites.
"The wines are all from the fabulous area of Margaret River," commented Catherine Murden of St Austell Brewery.
"David Hohnen is a distinguished and entertaining speaker and has previously been involved with Cloudy Bay and Cape Mentelle."
As well as being the founder of Cloudy Bay and one of New Zealand's most celebrated winemaking pioneers, Mr Hohnen received the first Len Evans Award for Leadership in the Australian wine industry in 2007.
