Layers of black tea, saddle leather and stewed plums on the nose. The palate is round and creamy with silky tannins on a medium bodied frame. Flavours of savoury spice, wild strawberry, cherry, black tea and a streak of irony-minerals form a long finish. Drinking-well now. (May 2016), F+R
