Made in the same style as Dom de Chevalier Blanc: complex citrus, green guages and mineral. very attractive and highly recommended
A long and minerally white with beautiful citrus and apple fruit character. Balanced. From the owners of Domaine de Chevailer. James Suckling, jamessuckling.com
Restrained right now, but there's ripeness and density to this, with grapefruit peel, straw, verbena and yellow apple notes all mingling nicely. Lengthy. James Molesworth, winespectator.com
New property owned by Domaine de Chevalier’s owners. Serious, rich, minerally, full-bodied, green-fruited number. Very dramatic – much more obvious than the associated Domaine de Chevalier. Really quite full bodied. Great balance and very winning, with a strong, firm, smoky streak. A tiny bit pinched on the end. Laudable but tastes just a little sweet. Jancis Robinson, jancisrobinson.com
This wine offers up aromas of passion fruit, star fruit, green apple, and fresh herbs, and while the wine appears light and cheerful because of its exuberant fruit character, it has intensity and a fairly long finish. There is a great balance between the lively acidity and the wine's flavours, and I feel this is a fine example of a lesser known Pessac Leognan white that has wonderful aging potential. Jeannie Cho Lee MW asianpalate.com
Melon, lemon zest, fig and grapefruit are present in this blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon. Wine Advocate.May, 2011
