A dense, layered, ample wine of awesome power, it is concentrated, spicy, and velvety-textured. Toasted pears, butter, vanilla, plump yellow fruits, melon balls, and notes of passion fruit make up its extremely extroverted flavor profile. Boasting terrific mouth-feel, it also possesses an exceptionally long, seamless finish. While it is difficult to assess the ageworthiness of such a big, super-ripe white Burgundy, it will unquestionably deliver loads of pleasure if consumed over the next decade and perhaps longer.
