Glen Scotia 46 Year Old is the oldest bottling in the Campbeltown distillery’s almost 200-year history. Glen Scotia’s oldest bottling to date slumbered in cask for nearly half a century in the unique Campbeltown climate. The whisky was initially laid down in refill Bourbon casks, then re-casked in first-fill Bourbon barrels in 2011. After six years, the single malt was transferred to first-fill Oloroso hogshead before being bottled in 2021. Only 150 individually numbered Glencairn decanters of this rare, single malt from the once-prolific home of Scotch whisky were produced. Please note, quantities are extremely scarce and therefore orders are limited to one bottle per customer.
