Venissa is a remarkable estate in the Venice lagoon, crafting special expressions of the area’s rare indigenous white grape – Dorona di Venezia – and a red from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Production of each wine is tiny, and the wines come in bespoke, hand-blown glass from the neighbouring island of Murano, labelled with gold leaf designs – different for each vintage.

This selection of back-vintages of both the red and white are all the estate’s rare, limited-edition “Artist Proofs”. These special labels are Venissa’s most coveted and collectable; with those courtesy of glassmaker Giovanni Moretti and sculptor Gianmaria Potenza coming from the Bisol family's private collection.
