One of the more evolved wines, the 1991 Cote Rotie Cote Blonde was still beautiful, with perfumed kirsch, gamey meat, olive and spice-driven aromas and flavors. It has a core of sweet fruit, full-bodied richness and depth, and a seamless, silky texture that keeps you coming back to the glass. Given this showing, I’d drink bottles over the coming couple of years. Feb 2015, www.robertparker.com
