Thick polished crimson. Very light nose. Just a little green with great polish – much more polished than Potensac used to be. Could be a good buy? Doesn't seem like a Médoc – more like from the heart of the Haut- Médoc. Greenish finsh.

A blend of 65% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot, including 7% pressed wine, this is still rather foursquare and mean on the nose. C’mon...it’s 2009! The palate has a tart entry, racy acidity, a little pinched with lively red cherries and ripe strawberries, leading to a slightly attenuated finish. Quite sharp and pointed. Tasted March 2010
