The 2014 Bourgogne Blanc, raised in used barrels, has a well defined, slightly stony bouquet. The palate is well balanced, the 80% Pinot Blanc working really well here, green apples, kiwi fruit and nettles towards the elegant finish. This is a delightful, easy-drinking white Burgundy. Who says Pinot Blanc does not have a place in Burgundy? Dec 2015, www.robertparker.com
