We are delighted to launch BORDEAUX SAFARI, an exclusive first-of-its-kind trip to Bordeaux where you can experience the behind-the-scenes management of a top vineyard, overseen by industry experts.
This bespoke three-day adventure has been created in close collaboration with our partners Simonit & Sirch, the world-renowned "Pruninguys", who are vine pruning and training consultants to the very best of Bordeaux.
Each day will offer a unique opportunity to explore the finest chateaux, including a breath-taking helicopter ride from Chateau Haut-Bailly to Chateau Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, over the magnificent Paulliac appellation.
You will learn about pruning the vines, master the principles of biodynamic production, and see first-hand the way horses tend to the vineyards. Expect to discover the intricate workings of a winery by day, and taste the very best of the local cuisine and vintages by night.
As part of this unparalleled experience, you will enjoy an intimate dinner at the private table of Veronique Sanders of Chateau Haut-Bailly, as well as joining us for a Michelin star meal at the famed Garopapilles - accompanied by First Growth Wines from Chateau Latour, Lafite, Margaux, Haut-Brion and Yquem.
