We are delighted to offer a selection of phenomenal Pinot Noirs from Californian producer Littorai. Recently awarded a raft of excellent scores by Antonio Galloni, these are delicious wines with distinctly Burgundian roots.

Galloni has been a huge fan of Littorai for years, writing in a USA report in 2013: "There is no doubt in my mind Littorai is one of this country's crown jewel wineries". This opinion was confirmed further from his tasting of the 2014 Pinot Noirs: "These are some of the most brilliant wines I have tasted at Littorai".

When you consider the pedigree of these Pinot Noirs, their success seems near guaranteed. Littorai's head winemaker Ted Lemon learnt his trade from Burgundian superstars Jacques Seysses, Aubert de Villaine and Jean Marie Roumier at domaines Dujac and Roulot. He then took these skills home to establish Littorai, a sprawling estate with vineyards across the Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley.

Littorai's are made in tiny quantities with a strong focus on innovation and bio-dynamic farming. 2014 was a year of "tremendous" quality for West Coast Pinot Noir, and the Haven, Hirsch and Cerise cuvees are three huge performers.
