Domaine Roulot is certified organic and has 15 hectares in total, including their most prized Meursault Premier Cru sites of Perrières, Clos des Bouchères, Charmes and Les Poruzots. The domaine also separately bottles the Meursault lieux-dits of Les Tessons, Clos de Mon Plaisir (a monopole), Les Luchets, Les Tillets, Les Vireuils and Les Meix-Chavaux. They also produce a Bourgogne Blanc from vines in Meursault, as well as a Bourgogne Aligoté. The domaine’s Pinot Noirs are a village Monthélie and an Auxey-Duresses Premier Cru.
Under his micro-négociant label, Jean-Marc Roulot also produces Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne and Chevalier-Montrachet, as well as a Premier Cru Puligny-Montrachet Le Cailleret and Premier Cru Meursault Les Genevrières.
Alongside their other liqueurs and eaux de vie, they pioneer terroir-specific eaux de vie de marc.. From 2017 onwards they started bottling eaux de vie from individual Meursault Premier Cru and village sites, producing five different bottlings. While these are made in exactly the same way as their Marc de Bourgogne, the appellation doesn’t allow for this to come from individual sites, which must instead be a blend of sites.
