Bordeaux EP 2017 Campaign - Week 3 Update

By Fine+Rare

May 11th, 2018

It has been very quiet this week due to the public holidays spread across the week in France. However Denis Durantou winemaker at Chateau L'Eglise Clinet took advantage of the quiet period releasing his satellite Pomerol, Castillon and Saint Emilion wines. These wines have always been popular since they offer great value for money from one of Bordeaux's top producers and with Denis comparing the quality of these wines alongside both his 2015 and 2016s they seem a worthy consideration. The critics also universally agree garnering impressive scores compared with the price the wines are offered at on release.

The next two weeks are set to be a lot busier. We are expecting a flurry of releases early next week although no firm confirmations as yet. F+R offers will be sent out on any wines we believe worthy of your attention immediately upon the wines release.
