Do you accept all wines?
Unfortunately we cannot take on all wines to be listed for sale, but we are always happy to advise on if your collection will be suitable and can offer alternatives for those we may not be able to accept.
Where will my wine be stored?
Your wines will be held in our climate controlled HKQAA compliant chamber at London City Bond in Tilbury Docks, Essex in an account in your name, cared for by FINE+RARE trained staff. Further details on our warehouse services may be found here.
What do you charge to sell my wines?
There is no fee to sell your wines, just a small trading commission applied on the sale value of your wines. Whilst we have fixed commissions for the majority of wines we list for sale on behalf of our Private Clients we of course understand that there are always exceptions. If you would like to discuss offering your wine for sale with us at a lower trading commission than advertised please do get in touch and we will be happy to assess each wine on an individual basis.
When will I be paid for my wines that have sold?
Once your wine has been successfully placed with a buyer you’ll receive a sales statement on the 1st working day of the following month, with payment then made to you around the 20th. You can also track sales of your wines at any time via our online Portfolio.
