This very intense and dense with lots of licorice and chocolate aromas and flavors. Hints of toasted oak. Full and velvety. Long finish. Mar 2016,
This small, three-hectare property has produced a wine with considerable depth and concentration in 2015, that will need quite a bit of time to soften. Firm and rich, with plum and fruitcake notes and plenty of supporting tannins. Apr 2016,, Drink: 2022-2030
The 2015 Lucia is racy, silky and open-knit, with the fruit pushed forward and plenty of juiciness. Although not especially complex, the 2015 is nicely balanced throughout. This supple, fruit-driven St.-Émilion will drink well with minimal cellaring. The Lucia is not especially complex, but it is very nicely done and offers tons of appeal. Julien Lavenu consuls since 2001 for Derenoncourt Consultants. Apr 2016,
Sandy clay. Sweet start and a bit candified. Some sharpness. Not a comfortable drink. Apr 2016,, Drink: 2024-2034
