Average critic rating : 89.0 points
From a difficult vintage, this estate has turned out a dense, deep ruby/purple-colored 2002 offering good, sweet, concentrated black cherry fruit, dried herbs, spice box, and a hint of new oak. With medium body, plump, fleshy fruit, and moderate tannin, it will be drinkable between 2005-2012. This property is coming on of late, and readers need to take a serious look at the efforts being extended by the new team running the viticulture and winemaking. Wine Advocate.October, 2003
Aromas of fruit and green olives with hints of herbs. Medium- to full-bodied, with a solid core of fruit and velvety tannins. Tight. This will evolve very well. Nicely done. Best after 2008. 1,500 cases made. James Suckling, Wine Spectator 2005
