2002 Barolo Vigna dei Dardi Alessandro & Gian Natale Fantino

£117.00 DP

Alessandro and Gian Natale Fantino own some of the oldest vines in Barolo and outstanding south-eastern facing vineyards in the Bussia cru (Dardi). Alessandro was winemaker and a shareholder at Bartolo Mascarello until 1998. The wines tend to be deeply coloured and approachable - the style isn’t hard, although nor is it modern. They are also one of a handful of Barolistas that still produce Barolo Chinato.
