Trade Sales Team
Fine+Rare's Trade Sales team is highly specialised and focused in developing trading relationships, sometimes two-way, all over the globe. Split into geographical zones, the members of this team cover the extremely valuable home market and all active export markets. This core part of Fine+Rare's business currently contributes around 40% of all our revenues.

Private Client Sales Team
In the past few years our private customer business has grown to around 60% of total sales and our dedicated sales team continues to be strengthened to better service this increased demand. Our Private Client Sales Team has a strong retail background, and their experience and focus on customer service means that they develop a close and often personal understanding of the particular needs of our private clients.

This team's work is much broader than the name may imply. It encompasses imputing all the supplier lists that we receive into WineDesk for the brokers to have something to sell! Customer offers, advertising, website management and data analysis are included in our daily activities as well as social media management. To offer the best experiences that we can to our customers, we also spend time organising some very special dinners, masterclasses and trips to our favourite wine regions, to offer a complete experience to customers, an immersion in this fascinating world of wine.

The secret of a successful business can often lie as much with the people the customer doesn’t see as with the sales team, and it is no different at F+R. Once deals are completed, there are condition reports to be checked, wines to be shipped, and accounts to pay, not to mention the bottling instructions and administration involved in en primeur orders. Our strong, professional support team ensures that from placing the order to receiving the wine, everything runs smoothly. Their skill and efficiency allows the sales team to fulfil their promises, and makes for satisfied customers who are keen to return to F+R.

The Chamber - Storage
This team of six run our storage chamber within LCB. Their tasks include checking in all the wines arriving from suppliers, from domaines, from producers, from reservists and also preparing all the wines that our storage customers, and private sellers, want delivered. They also photograph the wines coming in for our own, and customer, reference.
