General information

  1. Wines sold for collection
    Wines are sold to be collected from our warehouse at: London City Bond Ltd, Chill Store, 29-30 Berth, Tilbury Docks, Tilbury, Essex RM18 7SX (tel: +44 (0)1375 853 700). With the exception of approved UK trade accounts, wines are only available for collection once payment has been received. Please give our warehouse no less than 48 hours notice prior to collection.

  3. Pricing
    (a) Wines listed are offered in bond, except those marked 'DP' which are duty paid.
    (b) Prices are in pounds sterling and do not include UK Duty (except those marked 'DP'), or VAT. We currently charge £16.02 per case of wine, £20.52 per case of Champagne and £21.36 per case of Port for duty. Please note: Duty and VAT apply for wines released from bond to non-VAT/Excise registered customers in the UK or Europe. Wines purchased for export or in bond are exempt from VAT.
    (c) We regret that we can only accept orders of a value exceeding £200 exclusive of VAT.
  4. Making Payment
    Payment is due on confirmation of order and can be made by debit card, credit card (we accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners Club), bank transfer or cheque.
  5. Delivery
    Our charge for delivery to anywhere in the UK (mainland) is £15 including VAT (up to 10 cases). For overseas deliveries we are able to quote competitive rates or recommend a suitable freight forwarder.
