Sociando Mallet is located in the Haut-Medoc appellation, in the commune of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, north of St Estephe. The property spreads over 50 hectares, planted with 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. An average of 20,000 cases of the grand vin are produced each year.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted, in order to ensure the best possible quality and ripeness. Traditional winemaking methods are then used, before maturation for 18 months in oak casks which are a combination of new and old French oak.
