Chateau du Gaby is located in Canon Fronsac. The sloping limestone plateau on a clay sub soil covers 16 hectares. 85% of plantings are Merlot, and the remaining 15% are split between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon.

Wines recieve 12 to 18 months in barrel, 55% of which are new and the remaining 45% have been used once. The second wine is called Les Roches Gaby and these wines recieve 12 months in oak, 45% of which is new and the remaining 55% have been used for one or two years.
