The physiological cycle was very classical with a flowering period at the beginning of June. The summer was dry but not too hot. Grand Corbin-Despagne's organic production method permitted the Chateau to have a perfect concomitance between physiological and phenolic ripeness, so that the 2010 wines have high levels of alcohol, powerful tannins but balanced with a good freshness.
