Chateau Dassault is located in Saint Emilion. 24 hectares are planted with 70-% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit is harvested manually, then double hand-sorted on vibrating sorting tables.
The final wine is matured for 14 to 18 months in 75 to 100% new oak barrels. The second wine is called Le D de Dassault.
