Chateau d Arche is located in Sauternes. The estate covers over 40 hectares on a variety of soils composed of 70% gravel, 20% clay and 10 % limestone. Plantings consist of 90 % Sémillon and 10 % Sauvignon.

Wines are matured in barrels, 30% of which are new oak.  Each batch is monitored individually from the harvest until the final blending. The dry white is called "A d Arche".
