Chateau Clerc Milon, from the Mouton Rothschild stable, covers 44 hectares of clay dominated terroir located in Pauillac. The plantings consist of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Carmenere.

Finished wines are matured in 30% new oak barrels before release. There have been significant improvements since this property was bought by the Rothschild group in 1970.
