Canon la Gaffeliere
 

Chateau Canon-la-Gaffeliere is located in Saint Emilion. The plantings consist of 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and terroir varies over the slope. The property comes under the Von Neipperg stable.

Finished wines are matured in 80 to 100% new oak barrels. The second wine is called Neipperg Selection.
