Chateau Rollan de By is located in the Medoc appellation. Its 85 hectares of vineyards are planted on clay limestone hilltops. Hand picking and sorting are used to ensure that the grapes harvested are of the highest quality. After fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels for 16 months. The average annual production of the estate is 500,000 bottles.
