The Angelus vineyard is located on the famous côtes of St Emilion with the clay and limestone terroir typical of the region. The land covers a total of 23.4 hectares, planted with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon (51%, 47%, and 2% respectively).

The final wine is matured for 18 to 22 months in new oak barrels.
