Wine enthusiasts looking to try new (or old) Bordeaux wines may want to take a trip to a new bar in West Sussex.
The Cellar has opened at the South Lodge Hotel near Horsham, promising drinkers a more interactive way of enjoying fine wine, the Drinks Business reports.
While The Cellar stocks around 300 different wines from around the globe, there is an emphasis of the very best of Bordeaux.
The key to the whole experience is the Enoround centrepiece, which allows patrons to sample an ever-changing range of 16 different wines by the glass.
When the guest finds a suitable tipple, a bottle can then be taken through to one of the hotel's restaurants.
"We hope that it will further raise the credentials of the bar and restaurant whilst adding an exclusive concept to the five-star luxury hotel," South Lodge Hotel general manager Rupert Spurgeon told the publication.
The Sommelier Awards prize for the top Gastropub wine was recently taken by the Mud House 2010 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
